AA Property Refresh — Terms & Agreement

AA Property Refresh is a recurring property-maintenance program designed to help keep residential and qualifying commercial properties clean, maintained, and looking fresh.

Membership includes two scheduled Property Refresh visits per year, generally planned for Spring and Fall.

Each scheduled refresh includes routine pressure washing of agreed exterior surfaces, a visual property/paint inspection, and up to two (2) hours of professional paint touch-up labor.

Paint, coatings, and other materials are not included in the membership price. Customers may provide suitable matching paint, or Andrew Ayala Painting may provide necessary paint/materials for an additional charge.

Unused touch-up hours do not roll over to future visits.

Standard first-service scheduling is approximately three (3) months after enrollment, subject to availability, weather, property conditions, and other scheduling considerations.

Customers who prepay six (6) months of membership payments may request priority scheduling for the next available opening. Prepayment does not guarantee a specific service date.

There is no long-term membership commitment. Customers may cancel their AA Property Refresh membership at any time, for any reason.

• Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges immediately.
• Any services already performed, materials purchased specifically for the customer, or separately authorized work remain payable.
• For amounts paid in advance for services that have not yet been provided, any refund or credit will be handled in accordance with the terms applicable to the transaction and California law.

Customers who choose to pay the full annual membership price upfront receive 10% off the applicable annual membership price.

The 10% discount applies to the membership price and does not include separately purchased paint, materials, repairs, or additional work.

While the AA Property Refresh membership is active and in good standing, customers receive 10% off qualifying additional interior or exterior painting work performed by Andrew Ayala Painting.

This benefit applies to painting work outside the services included with the Property Refresh membership. Additional painting work will be separately estimated and, when required, performed under a separate written agreement or home-improvement contract.

The discount cannot be combined with another promotion or discount unless Andrew Ayala Painting agrees otherwise in writing.

Membership does not include paint or coating materials, extensive surface preparation, complete repainting, repairs to damaged building materials, stucco/drywall/wood repairs, water or structural damage, specialty coatings, or work exceeding the included two hours of touch-up labor per refresh visit.

If Andrew Ayala Painting identifies additional work, the customer may request a separate estimate. No additional work will be performed or charged merely because it was identified during an inspection.

The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to areas scheduled for service and informing Andrew Ayala Painting of known conditions that could affect the work.

Services may need to be rescheduled because of weather, unsafe conditions, inaccessible areas, or circumstances outside Andrew Ayala Painting's reasonable control.

Customers selecting monthly payments authorize recurring charges in the amount disclosed during enrollment until the membership is canceled.

Customers may cancel their membership at any time to stop future recurring membership charges, subject to charges already incurred or authorized.
